Established in November 22th of 2008, Brilliant Culture is originated by Mr. Huang Shun, a very influential person in educational circles of Shenzhen. With a team of educational elite home and abroad including experienced teachers and teaching experts, Brilliant Culture dedicates to implementing and making researches on teaching through integrating advanced chinese and western educational philosophy.
