職位描述
1、負責本中心學員的備課、授課、課后服務；
(Responsible for the center of teaching, students preparing, after service)
2、與家長溝通學生學習情況；
(Communicate with parents.Students learning circumstance)
3、對學員進行教學、心理、習慣引導；
(For students with teaching,psychological, habitslead)
4、薪資福利：基本工資 +績效工資+課時費+五險一金+測試獎金+雙休。
電腦購置補貼、每年2次評級考核（晉薪）等福利。
崗位要求：
1、本科以上學歷，英語師范或英語相關專業，英語口語流利，英語TEM-4或CET-6以上等級；
(Bachelor degree or above, majoring in English normal or English related professionals, fluent oral English, English TEM - 4 or above CET 6 level)
2、熱愛教育事業，具有很強的責任心、事業心和愛心；
(Love education career, and has a strong sense of responsibility, enterprising and love)
3、熟悉初、高中相應科目的課程設置，對中、高考有較深入的分析研究；
(Familiar with the high school curriculum, corresponding other subjects.For the university entrance exam have in-depth analysis research;)
4、熟悉中、高考命題規律，具備較強的文化功底和豐富的知識，普通話流利，上課時能旁征博引，擅長與學生進行交流，能充分調動學生的積極性，富有感染力；
(Familiar with the university entrance exam proposition rule, has the strong cultural strength and rich knowledge.Fluent mandarin, good leading in class, can communicate with students, and can fully arouses student's enthusiasm, infectious;)
5、熟悉學生的學習特點，善于因材施教，能開拓發掘組織多種教學方式，靈活教學，與學生友好相處的同時能有效地提升學生的學習成績；
( Familiar with students' learning characteristic, is good at teaching students according to their aptitude, can widen excavations organization various teaching method, flexible teaching, and student friendly and can effectively increase student learning achievement;)
6、有相關輔導、教育經驗；
(Have related counseling, education experience)
7、熟練操作辦公自動化軟件；做事細心細致。
